SHIPPING 
To prevent delays, please make sure your billing information is input correctly at the time of checkout. If you fail to receive an order please contact info@shopbelloro.com All packages are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 3:00 pm PST will be shipped out the same day. Processing time includes the time when your shipping label is created until it is picked up and scanned by the shipping carrier.

 

We do not hold responsibility for packages lost by USPS.

We highly encourage customers to purchase the Route shipping protection (from damage, loss or theft) at checkout. If you purchased protection and your order was lost stolen or damaged you can file your claim here. If you purchased USPS as your shipping option and your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it (lost/stolen). You must take this up with the United States Postal Service. You can file your claim here.

 

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
We provide tracking information on all orders. You will be able to track your package after the shipping label is created. Shop Belloro is not responsible for orders that are marked as “Delivered”.
