Returns

Thank you for shopping at Belloro. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
 
SHIPPING 
We highly encourage customers to purchase the Route shipping protection (from damage, loss or theft) at checkout. If you purchased protection and your order was lost stolen or damaged you can file your claim here. If you purchased USPS as your shipping option and your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it (lost/stolen). You must take this up with the United States Postal Service. You can file your claim here.

RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition, with ALL original tags and labels attached. All accessory and sale items are FINAL.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not refund shipping and handling charges. Please call, message, or email the store and let us know if you are wanting to exchange your item for a different size, etc. to make sure we have it in stock.
 
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at info@shopbelloro.com  within 5 days of delivery along with your order #, reason for return and images (if applicable). After receiving a RMA number from the Shop Belloro team, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the address provided in the email. NOTE:  Returns without RMA# will NOT be honored. 
 
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
 
REFUNDS 
All eligible returns will e processed once the items have been received. Credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
 
EXCEPTIONS - DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE
For defective or damaged products, please contact us within five (5) daysANY DAMAGES or defective items reported after the (5) days will NOT be accepted. Please attach photos of the return inquiry.
CANCELLATIONS
We are unable to cancel any orders for money back. If you would like store credit for an order you must contact us as soon possible before it is shipped out. Once you receive a shipping confirmation email, we cannot guarantee that your request will be fulfilled since it may have been dropped off at the post office already.
 
Please Note  
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.   
  • Returns without RMA# will NOT be honored.     
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. 
  • All items purchased using a promo code are FINAL SALE non-refundable and non-returnable.   
  • We do not accept returns or changes for all International orders.   
  • For all other items, if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange within 14 days of receiving.   
  • All items must be returned in new/unworn condition with all of its original packaging. 
  • Eligible returns will be refunded to the original form of payment within 5-10 business days.
